The USETDA 2026 Conference will be held September 23 – 25, 2026 at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel in Toledo, Ohio. The group discount rate is (US) $110 per night (per diem rate).

- The USETDA will provide complimentary breakfast on Thursday morning (for our networking breakfast) as well as lunches on Wednesday and Thursday (included in your conference registration fee).
- Thursday evening dinner will be organized as a dine-around in small groups to explore local restaurants in downtown Toledo (cost on your own)
